Any idea what a decorator charges these days?

My husband's getting a bit past doing it himself these days, even with my help? Thank you for any answers.

In the south west they get approx £13 - £20 per hour some will charge more depending on what you want doing. Flat colour emulsion walls will be cheaper than painting spindles on a staircase

My local Uni has students who put flyers through the letterbox advertisng their work to help their finances. Many locals have used them and they're really good and very much cheaper.
