Dog Kennel

My neighbour keeps two Pitbull Terriers in a kennel and run which is about 12 feet long against the dividing fence.  This is right under my bathroom window which I like to keep open to air the house.  But now due to the barking of these dogs I need to keep it closed.  Is he allowed to keep his dogs like this.

I would suggest that you first approach your neighbour amicably - and it that doesn't work that you then contact your local council's environmental health department and make a complaint about "nuisance"
