Can anyone suggest a good way to put/stick old photographs on felt covered display panels temporarily? I need to remove the photos afterwards without damaging them so pins/sellotape not an option. I guess Staples or similar sell something?.

diagonal strips over the corners that you could pin into the felt and slip the photos in to? if you cut the strips from acetate and used decorative pins like these, it could look quite fancy

or these are bigger

Instead of attaching them directly to the panels, fasten them to large sheets of paper or cardboard using these;

and then pin the sheets to the panels.

Thank you both, some good ideas there to get me thinking
You could pin a crisscross of bias binding type tape on the felt and slip the photos under, I've seen that done somewhere.
You don't need to stick drawing pins through the photos - I use push-pins just off the edge of the photos.
