How Can A Shower Pump Be Removed ?

Hi,
Tenants have told me the shower pump's not working after 1 person uses the shower. I don't know how long it works for or how long it is before it works again (I have asked the questions), but it dawned on me that after a combi boiler was fitted a few years ago, the pump should've been removed. Shouldn't it ?
Is it easy to remove ?

Generally a booster pump is not needed on a combi as hot water is delivered at mains pressure.If you have basic plumbing skills it should be an easy task.

Ok, thanks. The dad of one of the tenants apparently builds houses & is s'posed to be having a look before he goes back home overseas tomorrow. If he doesn't get a chance, is it something I could do ? How basic's, "basic" ? ;)

Turns out ... it's not a combi boiler, it's a condensing boiler ... the immersion tank has been getting hot & all the hot water's being used up = pump stopping (only started in the last few weeks tho').

I always thought the immersion was only for "emergencies", being switched on at an electric socket & a super costly way of heating water (I *never* used it when I lived there). Wouldn't the water be pumped from the water tank in the loft if it's not coming in from the mains ? Is the immersion tank (heater ?) heating the water ? Hope it suddenly getting hot doesn't mean it's on the way out ... :(
