Faulty light fitting?
Most unusual lilly....LEDs rarely give any trouble.

Change it again, and if it happens a 2nd time, than the fitting is almost certainly at fault.
Had a similar problem when I changed from halogen to LED in the bathroom, one bulb kept flickering.
A half dozen in/out twists cured the problem so, yes, maybe a minor fault in the fitting.

Spookily enough I was remarking to the cook this very afternoon that the thousands of hours life claimed for LEDs that we have in the living room seems to be optimistic at best. I've had to replace four since the fittings went up last year.
Its true LEDs last for ever....pity the electronics that fire them up do not!
