How Much Do Decorators Charge?
12 Answers
We normally do it ourselves but thought this time we might treat ourselves to getting a professional in.
I know there are lots of factors to be taken into account but roughly ballpark figure?
25ft X 12ft, quite good walls, half and half paint and paper, skirting boards but NOT doors.
OH recons £500, I think nearer £1000. He won't pay that.
Any ideas welcome.

I would think you are looking at 3 days minimum with a labour cost of £120 a day for a pro. Whether you will get a busy decorator, with credentials, on those terms is another matter.
