New Halogen Transfomer, Some Electrical Help Pls

Hi all,
One of our old halogen transformers burnt out some time back and thus I bought a new one.
I don't precisely remember how it was cabled so I'm asking for a little help.
The feed is blue, brown and earth, but the transformer has 4 sockets, divided into Primary (2) and secondary (2).
I know the halogen bulb itself should be plugged into the two sockets on the side part marked secondary....but how do I connect the 3 mains cables?

Get an electrician who knows what they are doing.
Having said that, the primary coils are on the right (PRI) That's where the mains wires go with live and neutral in the sockets so labelled (no Earth - it's a plastic housing so no issue with the c).

I totally agree that if someone doesn't know what they're doing, then they shouldn't touch wiring.
I have some experience; I removed the old one but some weeks ago thus I'd forgotten the precise positioning of the previous connections. The old one had a metal casing, the new one has a plastic casing, thus no need for earthing it.

Wills, connect the brown and the blue as normal. It's a "separated extra low voltage" transformer-powered light fitting. That means there is no requirement for an earth connection.
The earth wire should still be there, but connected only at the supply end. At the lighting end, it should be sleeved (green/yellow sleeve), and simply terminated, but connected to nothing.
The reason for the earth wire being there is to provide an earth fault loop to protect the cable in the event of a fault.
