I've Got Two Bungle Bee Nests In My Garden.
9 Answers
White tails they are. Mrs. Clarion doesn't like it and wants me to get rid of them. No chance! I feel very privileged having one, never mind two. Besides, I like bungle bees. Cos I'm from Manchistor. This is the place.

Thanks for the link Peter. Interesting. Bee nests are quite small and the bees are no threat whatsoever. They contain on average, only 100 bees, and it's unlikely that most people will ever see one in the wild. They are well concealed. I was fortunate to be clearing my garden a couple of weeks ago when a queen whitetail just seemed to disappear to nowhere but I found a small entrance near my garden wall. Next day I watched one disappear near my fence. Same result. I won't be digging them up!
