Haworthia. Cactus

My cactus has thrown up three flower stalks . They have very small flowers on them and now where the stalks converge another cactus is growing. Any advice on when or how to transplant this baby.?

Jackson I would put a pot of compost nearby and stake the baby into pot with a bent coat hanger, wait till it takes then you can cut it of from mother plant. Keep them both watered.
