Poor seal ? Near invisible crack or pinhole ?
You need to investigate where it's coming from.

Thanks OG,I've looked at the tank cap but I can't see any obvious leak.But I'm sure there is a washer missing from the cap assembley.I've tried to find something on the web,but with no luck.
