I have a trio set of BT phones but one has just stopped working. Does anyone know if you can buy just one phone to plug in?

It's not that it's not ringing, there is no power coming through to it from the plug , it's not doing anything at all. It was ok the other day and all of a sudden nothing. But thanks for info.

Sounds like the charger rather than the phone is faulty. Try switching handsets and bases to confirm it.

You might be able get a replacement on eBay. If you get a new handset it will need to be paired to the master base station. The instructions should be in the manual or found on the net, and it can be quite difficult. You might need a tame teenager to do it.

Perhaps the batteries in the handset are jiggered. Can you replace them?
