Recommended Weedkiller

I'm looking for a systematic weedkiller and looking for one that kills the roots permanently. Any good suggestions?

Resolva but you MUST be patient. Apply it on a dry windless day and then wait and wait and wait.....I have eradicated patches of nettle, dock and bramble by this method. It might take a whole growing season but it will work. If you lose patience and remove it too early, then that will protect the roots and it will regrow. If you panic and treat it again, that risks burning the leaves off which will stop it growing and again protect the roots so it will regrow.
