whats the best way to clean my cream leather sofa i tried the leaher cream cleaners but they reallly dont work that well...its not 'dirty' but just dont want to put in all the elbow grease that comes with usuing creams any ideas

Sorry, not an answer, but waiting with baited breath for one, because I have a cream leather 3 piece as well that could do with a clean before it gets too bad.
Johnson's Baby Wipes work a treat
The best cleaner and buffer is this: Buy soap flakes in the supermarket and disolve them in water and wash the leather sofa with it. Dry it off and leave it for about 10 mins. Then get some wax (bees wax is best) and rub it in to the leather. Last but not least buff it with a dry cloth. You should do this every 3 months and wax it once a month. If you do the leather will stay lovely and soft and will last for years. My mum has done this for 30 years and I'm a follower and it's cheap and excellent. But unfortunately it does require elbow grease, but if you want anything to look nice you often have to

On the programme 'How Clean is your house' one of the cleaners used Saddle soap with on a damp cloth to clean a leather suite.
