Please, please can somebody help. We are overrun with little white slugs on our lawn. Have picked up over 100 tonight - must be 500 or more in total so far. Are we fighting a losing battle and what can we do to get rid of them other than pellets which harm the birds. We have stopped feeding the birds in the hope they will eat the slugs instead to but that's
not working. We are at our wits end trying to keep them away from our plants - just glad we don't have any Hostas !! Any advice would be much appreciated. Many thanks
Unusual for them to be on a lawn like that, try brushing them up and binning them in a well tied bin bag. Then I second the slug pubs. Another option is spread lettuce leaves as it gets dark then pick them up an hour later. You will collect loads
