Ensuites, Family Bathroom??

We are building a new house, downstairs will have a wc, upstairs is 2 masterbedrooms, one for us and one for my daughter with en suites, attic rooms also have an ensuite for my son...do i really need an ensuite in our room and a family bathroom which no-one will use? Im thinking of putting a door into the fam bathroom from my bedroom and getting rid of the ensuite so more room for closets....guests will use the downstairs loo or sleeping in one of the kids so use their ensuites if needed...thoughts please?
