on a laminate floor- what can i get it off with? Tried turps -no use

For more on marking an answer as the "Best Answer", please visit our FAQ.I'd go for the elbow grease option rather than Nitromors (wickedly powerful stuff that hates plastic). If the paint is well dried, it should be fairly easy to GENTLY scrape it off with a small tool - something not sharp, like an old flathead screwdriver. Any bits that remain in the 'grain' of the laminate can be scraped out with something more pointed, like a bradawl or scewer - again, don't use anything too sharp as you'll just cut the surface.
Patience is a virtue with these things...!
