Packwood House, near Warwick. The car park, plant sales and cafe are on one side of a road and the house with its gardens is on the other side of the road. We were actually allowed inside the house, although ground floor only, with visitors spaced time-wise to try to minimise getting too close. The only other one we've visited which allowed you in the house since the virus restrictions was Kingston Lacy in Dorset but we didn't actually go in on that visit since we couldn't be bothered to wait.
