I have 4 large containers in which I had geraniums in last year. I have them in a shed. Just wondering is it too late to cut them back as they are very tall. They were actually a beautiful display all last year. Perhaps someone might advise me.
Thanks in anticipation
I think I would have a look to see if there is any suitable material to take some cuttings and start again.
Take several if they are OK then pot them up and perhaps grow them on a kitchen windowsill and hopefully they may take root.
Thanks for that. They were different to any other geraniums I had over the years. The foliage was a silvery grey.
I will have a look and see what i can do.
Thanks again
Lots of soft cuttings I take, I start of in a jam jar covered in tin foil and poke cuttings though that and put on a window sill until roots start to show, then pot up, initially a few to a pot round the edge and once large enough pot in individual pots, then when ready into their final place.
