Wash Machine Cleaner

Can anyone recommend from personal experience a product to clean/freshen up a washing machine that has done the job.

I use soda crystals in a hot wash, no laundry

I've used the Dr Beckmann service-it deep clean on an empty machine on 90 degrees. That works well for mine.

A capful of mouthwash with no laundry in the machine does the trick. Just set it on a hot wash and run it.

I live in a hard water area & there seem to be Calgon adverts on TV every day. Never used it though.

I've just used the Dettol one. I'm quite impressed and it smelt lovely.

i buy washing machine and dish washer cleaners from lidls and aldis ,very good results x
