Dishwasher not working

Our Diplomat ADP8342 dishwasher refuses to work. When you turn it on, it begins its cycle. Then, after about 5 minutes, it begins beeping and will not continue. I thought it might be a problem with it getting water (for several reasons), but the contents inside are wet.

The appliance is 7 months old and we were left no manual after the installation. Can anyone help?
