ch boiler non combi 15months old.sounds like bricks in a cement mixer.have bled radiators often with no effect.any suggestions. willthis cause damage to boiler. system works fine

Could be kettling, speed up the pump or have a bypass fitted. This is slow moving water boiling, possibly also caused by scale or sludge or overfired boiler or poor design. Shouldn't cause any damage but no need to suffer it. Contact the installer and if he can't fix it get someone who can and send him the bill!

I had this problem 15 years ago and I put a fire resistant brick inside the boiler in front of the flame, it cured the problem and it still works
