I leave it with its stopper off for a couple of days - remaining moisture evaporates
My husband made a very simple stand to hang ours upside down on. It's made a of a cross of two bits of wood, as a base, and then another pole prods into the middle of the cross sticking upwards. The decanter is put on the pole which holds it upside down and lets it drain and dry.
I seem ro remember hearing that if you run very hot water over the outside of a wet decanter, the heat, transferred through the glass, dries any moisture inside.
The warm heat of a hair dryer might do the trick.
