washing machine problem

my washing machine on occasions produces vast amount of soap in drum leaving residue on clothing also is not spinning correctly leaving cloths wet

The machine is not draining properly. Clean the drain filter and if this doesn't work there maybe a blockage in the drum outlet, a sock or something or a faulty drain pump, coins etc can break the impeller or drive belt.
