Folding Bedding Clothes

I have just was and bone dried about 4 king size duvets cover - haven't a clue alto fold them with the strengfth of one arm any ideas.

With great difficulty. Try lying them on the bed one at a time and straightening it out - it will involve a lot of walking round the bed.

Stand at the bottom of the bed and fold the bottom up as far as you can comfortably reach. Now pull it down to the bottom of the bed and repeat until it is all folded. Now fold once in the other direction.

Or ask your neighbour to do it.

If this is your bedding I strongly recommend putting a flat sheet under the duvet so in future you only need to change the bottom sheet and the top sheet.
