Water Features

We're considering getting a solar powered water feature for the back garden, just a large round ball with water bubbling out of the top.

I'm wondering how you keep the water clean as I believe most if not all of them recirculate the water.

I use Milton baby sterilising fluid £1 a bottle in poundstretcher. Gets the water clear in my water feature.

Thanks karamia, is it safe for dogs...just in case ours decides to slurp some?

I have an ultra violet light attached to my pump to keep the water clear. No problem for animals. Lots on Amazon

Sorry, not sure about if dogs drink out of the water.
