Hi, someone told me that pistachios are good for you as they help burn up unwanted fat in the body......can anyone confirm if this is correct or not...

B6, magnesium and copper and are a useful source of antioxidants, including selenium and vitamin E. They are also cholesterol free. As for burning off fat - that comes from the walk to the shop to get them.
They may help to reduce blood cholesterol levels like most type of nut can.
