hot water

My boiler in the loft warms up the radiators but i dont have any hot water,they changed the governor on the meter to increase the gas pressure still i dont have any hot water,the burner pressure is around 8 bar.what should i do.

Could be one of many things. In the first instance, please tell us if you have a Combi boiler (with no hot water cylinder to store hot water) or not.
I doubt very much that the gas pressure has anything to do with it if the boiler is running but at 8 bar that must be one hell of a boiler or it's oil fired! The gas pressure is usually measued in milli bar and the water pressure can't exceed 3 bar! You could try venting the system at the boiler or cylinder if you have one, otherwise I think you should get a heating engineer in to look at it.
