Try here: http://www.trade-appliances.co.uk/_1002132_Zanussi_ZCG5300WN.html Comes in white or brown. This 498mm wide. I would guess the space you have is for a 500mm unit, so this one should fit.

Also at Coop electrical here: http://www.coopelectricalshop.co.uk/products/productList.asp?topGroupCode=COOK&groupCode=CKFRS also have a few this width. Call them if any queries though.

No, the space is 495mm, stupid builder! Thanks for reply though. Still need to find that 49.5cm width!

Quick suggestion - if you have fitted units either side, get someone competent to plane the edges of the adjoining worktops. An electric planer could take off just enough to get the cooker in. You will need to re-seal the worktop edges - any decent kitchen showroom will sell you w/top edging which is either heat applied or glued under pressure, or if you use a handyman service they can do this for you if you don't want to tackle it yourself.

If you are in a totally new build - go and create merry hell with the developer til they get it sorted.
