If you're thinking of Marley-type tiles, there is a product called "Seal" which comes in a tin. The tiles must be immaculately clean first and then a couple of coats added by rubbing in with a soft cloth. It will bring a nice gloss back to the tiles but it won't last indefinitely. You can buy it in hardware stores, & places like B & Q. There are probably other similar products with different names. (Which reminds me, my kitchen floor is well overdue for another treatment).
