Recently I bought a leather jacket from a charity shop. It's in great shape and only cost me a fiver, however, it smells badly of stale sweat. Any ideas on how to get rid of this odour? Cheers.

Its probably the lining that smells ... try Febreeze (I don't think you spell it like that) ... its been advertised quite a lot on TV and it takes the smell out of fabric when you are not able to wash it. I have tried it and its quite good.
You could have it dry cleaned, although this will probably cost more than the initial cost of the jacket
Yup- Febreeze. I came back to my bikey leathers after 2 years abroad and they'd been in the garage and smelled like a dead dog. It took two sessions and a lot of fresh air but they now smell of "biker" again.
If you want to get your leathers cleaned you should check out Spotlessleather.com. They have an online service which is really cool. Well priced and it gets shipped right to your door. Check them out. Mold is a very difficult thing to remove. They did hundreds of jackets from Hurricane Katrina.
