Hi can anyone tell me if when fitting gas central heating does the electrician have to do anything to your electric shower?
When I turn on the bath cold water tap then turn it off i get a jet spray of water that shoots out of my shower head ......then it just stops. I'm not using the shower so why is it doing this, its never happened before..........it does it even when the shower switch is on off........any clues anyone help!!

If the valve on your shower is faulty, or maybe a litle dirt on the seating, following the plumbing work, this could cause the valve to " pass " when closing the bath cold tap. Your bath cold tap will now be mains fed, wereas it was previously tank fed.( therefore the same supply as your shower ).
Hope this helps.
