sweet peas

I found some seeds in an envelope which Ive had for a few years and couldn't remember what they were thinking that they wouldn't be off any good I sewed them anyway. they have come up and are sweetpeas ,they are about three inches high do you think its to late for them to grow and flower or is it to late in the season.

It's a little late but you may well still be lucky enough for them to flower before summer ends.. Be sure to keep them well watered in this hot weather. They like plenty of moisture.

And when the flowers are dying off ,just pull the flower head off the flower- it encourages new growth, sweet peas are one of my favourites :)
