yucca

My Yucca plant has just produced four fantastic stems of flowers, it's beauty has far succeeded my expectations, but what do i do with the stems when it has finished, do I cut them, can I replant them, or do i simply leave them? I have to say, I bought this plant a couple of years ago & without knowing much about them I have successfully managed to grow another seven from cuttings, however I never really expected flowers, now I dont want to risk it never flowering again by doing something wrong, please help.
