Wallpapering

I have a room that needs lining paper hung then one chimney breast with a pattern wallpaper and the rest of the room with plain paper. The wallpaper is of standard lenghth and width and we would need about 6 rolls.

Does anyone know roughly how much a decorator would charge.

Hard to say without seeing room,but should't cost to much,average rate where I live is �100 per day labour,your room shouldn't take very long to do, why not have a go youself?

Hi raysparx, thankyou for your reply. You have not seen my attempts at wallpapering!!!! At �29 a roll I dont have the courage. Where in the country do you live? is anywhere near Lancashire

I am in North Wales,that is expensive paper, I would allow a couple of days,he will probably line it one day,that will only take a few hours, leave it for a few days maybe then paper, good luck, Ray
