digital box/tv connection

Not sure if I am in the correct section for this question, but here goes. I am a Wrinkly so find difficult with modern technology.

I have a digital box, television, seperate Video and a also a seperate DVD player. I cannot work out how to connct this set up, mainly what scart leads are required and where each of them connects to.

Any help would be appreciated and thanks in advance for your answers.
