I have a fairly large garden and am considering selling off a portion of it. How do i go about doing this. I am pretty certain one of the houses that backs on to this would be interested. How do I get a value on what it would be worth?

why dont you just rent it to them using a peppercorn rent method?

i would of thought your house would hold more value in the future with a bigger garden, and if they can get planning permision for it, then why cant you??
