Either twist the whole bulb 90 degrees (this aligns a slot in the bulb holder so that the bulb will just 'drop' out), or the bulb holders need to be 'bent' back a little to release the bulb pins. In this case, there are usually two little track marks on the inside of the bulb holder for the pins to slide along, but you won't see them until you have bent the bulb holders back a bit, so be careful!! To be on the safe side, flip the trip in the fuse box to isolate the lighting ring main before you start..
