Bathroom light cord

it has snapped off! is it straightforward to unscrew the fitting on the ceiling and just replace it with another cord?

Hi, Should be straight forward. Done it a few times myself Rgds Al
On most of them you can just unscrew the cord on the connector near the top, if not, its easy to dismantle it and replace cord, just remember to turn off mains if you need top unscrew the light pull covering.

If the cord has broken inside the switch, you will have to replace the switch , Ray
No prob. I have even changed one - a mere woman. Just pop along to B & Q they will tell you what you need, and i is easy! Happy pulling.....
