anyone else getting fed up of this place?

Even thought its not actually an estate, the area is just called the St Helier estate, this place has worsened in the last 3 years!

Know it well ..used to live Wimbledon .I have a couple of dear friends who live there and they say it is steadily going down the pan.It used to be quite nice years ago.One of the biggest developements in south London after the war.Lots of people who were bombed out in the east end and so on came there to live.Now it's full of undesirables and burnt out vehicles and chavs.
