3 times I have emailed them in 2 weeks to arrange a valuation and have not had a response.

If it were me I would go elsewhere, if they go on to try and sell your house, they could be ignoring potential buyers (as happened to me when trying to arrange a viewing)

They obviously don't want the business, so go to another agent. Wherever you live there are bound to be plenty more to choose from. If you tell us what area you live in, if any of us are local, we may be able to make a recommendation from past experience.

Andrews !!! Avoid like the plague and take your business elsewhere .They don't seem to have changed then since we bought a house through them over twenty years ago in London.They were so patronising and useless it was unbelievable.They had the cheek to ask us if we could afford the repayments on the mortage !!

Go to Goodfellows ..you are obviously in this area from your previous post about St Helier.
We sold through them nearly three years ago and they were great.
