drawer supports

i have some mfi furniture where all the draws' bottoms fell through. was told they should've come with supports to stop this. Mfi sent some but they don't fit. they reckon they don't have the size we need anymore but will pay for some if we find them ourselves. except we can't find any! help!

cant you ask for a full refund? Surely you're entitled to this as they messed up in the first place

Go back and complain .. they cannot expect you to find them yourself. If they will not budge then see your local trading standards officer.
