Leather shoes

i recently bought a lovely pair of leather pump style shoes.They are my size and fit nicely ..but the leather is so hard ! I have been rubbing Renapur into them with no effect . I have worn them once and got a blister for my trouble .What else can I do to soften them up ?

So here you are I hope you're keeping all those shoes etc nicely polished ! no scruffy shoes in here thanks.
When I was a schoolgirl (some little while ago now haha) I used to clean all the shoes in the family including my 3 brothers school shoes !! I couldn't bear to see dirty shoes .
It's ok I'm over it now ! a quick flick with a duster and they'll do me !

lordy, ugly is the right word but it's soooo spooky 'cos before I came on here I was going to ask if you as kiddywinks had some of those plastic sandals that they revived - think they call 'em jellies? I had some pink ones with moulded flowers & I loved them 'cos they tapped when I walked.

No rain here as yet folks ..but I''ve dusted my canoe just in case .
I didn't have jellies only those horrible Clarkes sandals which were always brown and always scuffed
.I remember having a lovely pair of shoes when I was about thirteen or so. They were two tone brown with a T bar .Mother said they were only for special occasions .Of course when a special occasion did eventually come round I had outgrown them !

Daughter has just phoned from the Ibiza airport saying there is a bomb alert, and they are all being cleared from the terminal - we used to be so safe and ignored here. Times they are 'achanging.

A small bomb has just exploded in the airport - daughter is safe and sitting in a company bus elsewhere. B*stards - we know who is responsible - they are infiltrating the world. I don't normally get political and het-up, but mess with my family and it's a one woman war!!!
