Hi, does anybody know what rights (if any) I have to see the status of the current and past years situation with the collection of leaseholders services charges (eg what is outstanding for each flat). My freeholder is chasing me for payment, but I'm certain many others in our blocks have not paid much (they have even told me so), but I'm not aware that others are being chased for payment, so I'm feeling a bit singled out.....many thanks.

Don't be silly. If you owe the service charge pay up,
If you owe it, you owe it. Anybody else's situation is irrelevant.
You have a contract with the freeholder and he has no obligation to discuss any other contracts he may or may not have with anybody else.
Just pay it.
