I'm a bit of a klutz when it comes to manuals for kitchen goods and always seem to lose them. I've never dealt with Bosch but both Indesit and Hotpoint sent me free manuals when I asked them. I'd give their customer service dept a ring as you've nothing to lose. Good luck!
