B & Q Greenhouses

Has anyone ever bought a greenhouse from B & Q ?
We bought one about six weeks ago and I cannot believe the trouble we have had with it. It has taken 4 reasonably intelligent people to finally get it together and there is still trouble with the door. The staff at the store simlpy dont have a clue as to what to do. We have had to have the glass cut to the correct sizes ourselves. Replace the screws that dont fit etc etc. The problem with this is that once the frame is put together the thought of dismantling it and carting it all back to the shop is very offputting. It has cost a fortune in man hours plus all the other bits that were useless. Wonder if there is anyone who has had a similar problem?

if you dont have the paperwork, ask at the b&q where you bought it from for the manufacturers address and phone number. normally they will be happy to oblige or help out
