what's the best way to remoave sealant from the bath/adjoining tiles?

Not having much luck peeling it back - tried a penknife and a scraper to know avail. There seems to be multiple layers - a white layer, then a clear layer that is particularly gruesome then another white layer. Is there anything that will disolve it or a special technique/tool? THANKS!
