the soap is'nt going from the dispenser very well, any ideas?

Take the dispenser out of the drawer and give it a very good wash - get in all the nooks and crannies.

Wipe the drawer slot itself out going as far back as you can. I find a bottle brush ideal.

On the roof of the drawer you can feel a number of jets - this is where the water comes from. You need to unclog these - I use a plastic strip.

Reassemble and replace the drawer. Run the machine empty on a boil wash using any BIOLOGICAL washing powder, no conditioner.

use a ball because the dispenser drawer is a wastefull method of getting detergent into your machine. up to half the detergent gets washed down into the outlet before the wash starts turning.i'm sure other ab-ers will agree & explain why. i'm off to the pub so don't have time. & when i get back my typing will be pants!
