Now that my hyacinths have stopped blooming, may I cut them back or do they, like tulips and daffodils, need to stay as is until the leaves die down?

Treat them like tulips, ont-ice. You'll have a better bloom next year. Put a bit of fertilizer down now to give them a good boost.

Thank you, Lafrancaise.
I was hoping I could cut them down as the garden looks so messy at the moment with all the dying leaves and perennials not yet tall enough to hide them.
