I need to get my gutters replaced. How can I find a reliable firm to do this? The house has 3 floors, and when some companies hear this, there is a sharp intake of breath. Others promise to call and don't . I live in N. Ireland.

Possibly the Trading Standards Dept at your local council may have a list of tradesmen. Alternatively, if you have any neighbours with similar properties who have had this work done, ask them who they used.
