Pouring with rain

What phrase do people use to describe rain. Apart from the usual Pouring with rain, Raining cats and dogs, Pelting it down, P*ssing it down, teaming with rain. What term do you use?

chucking it down, bucketing, but one that always amused me was- coming down like stair-rods.

Just checked your word, SILING, and guess what? there is no such word. This is the reason I posted this question, to find out how many regional words to describe rain are actually made up words.Fascinating !!
